 VIRSA The Culture is a bi monthly magazine especially for South Asian communities of Hong Kong. SUM DIGITAL is the official publisher of this magazine. VTC is the first magazine in HK which is being published in three languages i.e. English, Hindi and Punjabi. The Magazine is playing a significant role in bringing up to date information to south asian communities and promoting cultural interaction since September 2012.
